What information do you need to quote heat shrink cable accessories?
Voltage class (1 / 10 / 20 / 35 kV), cable type and cross-section in mm², number of cores, indoor or outdoor termination, joint or termination, heat-shrink or cold-shrink type, quantity and destination port. With these, we return a priced offer with lead time within 24 hours on working days.
Should I choose heat-shrink or cold-shrink accessories?
Heat-shrink kits are the economical, proven choice where a hot-air torch can be used. Cold-shrink silicone kits install without flame or tools, keep constant radial pressure on the cable, and are preferred for hazardous areas, tight schedules or where workmanship varies. We supply both across 1–35 kV.
Which standards and test values apply?
Accessories comply with IEC 60502, GB/T 12706 and JB/T 8144. Typical 35 kV-class performance: partial discharge ≤10 pC, power-frequency withstand 104 kV/1 min (wet) and 117 kV/5 min (dry), impulse withstand 250 kV (1.2/50 µs). Test reports ship with each order.
Can you supply accessories together with the cable or substation package?
Yes. We quote terminations, joints, tubing, branch tubes, busbar covers and sealing caps matched to the cable schedule, and deliver them inside turnkey substation or line EPC contracts — one shipment, one documentation package.
